The protection of your personal data is a very important matter to us and is regulated by legal specifications. In the following please find details on which data needs to be recorded on the occasion of your visit on our homepage, and how they are made use of.

As soon as access is taken to the products offered on our homepage, specific user data will automatically be temporarily recorded and processed which may allow identification (e.g. IP-address, date, time of access and site viewed). Permanent recordings are anonymized and exclusively used for statistical purposes.

Personal data made available by the user of our homepage will exclusively be used by our sales team for the processing of your inquiry, billing, and order fulfillment, as well as to provide you with the information, goods and services offered through our website. If you sign up to our newsletter, we may use your e-mail address to send you information about products or services that are the same as or similar to those you have ordered from us, and that we think you may find useful. We will do so only if you have indicated that you do not object to being contacted for these purposes. At any stage you have the right to ask us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes by using the contact details to be found right at the bottom of this page

The privacy of telecommunications generally also protects the content of your mails and form entries from unauthorised notice and handling. We take great care to make use of all technical and organisational possibilities to avoid making your personal data available to third parties while recording it. However, we cannot guarantee full security for data transmitted by e-mail communication. We would like to point out that data transmission via internet can generally be subject to recordings by other internet operators or users.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Googe Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses so called „cookies“, i.e. text files saved on your computer which allow an analysis of your use of our homepage. The information generated by the cookies about your use of our website (including your IP address) is transmitted to and saved on a server of Google in the USA. Google uses this information in order to be able to evaluate your use of our website, to produce reports on the website activities for the website operator, and to be able to offer further services in connection with the use of the website and the internet. Google may forward this information to third parties if statutory or if any third party was to process this data on behalf of Google. In no case will Google link your IP address to any other data known to Google. You can avoid the installation of the cookies by a special setting of your browser software. Please be aware, though, that this might prevent you to be able to use all functions of this website in their entirety.

Google Conversion Tracking in the Online-Shop

Within the online advertisement, clicking on an advert will lead to a conversion causing the desired user action, for instance a purchase, a registration, a page view or an inquiry. Google has developed a tool which allows the measurement and evaluation of these conversions as well as the effectivity of your AdWords-ads and keywords.

Tracking is processed by placing a cookie onto the user's computer or mobile phone as soon as the user activates one of your AdWords-ads. If in the following the user reaches one of your conversion sites, the cookie will be linked up with your website. In the case of compliance, Google will register a successful conversion for you. Any cookie added to a computer or mobile phone by Google as a consequence of a click has a validity of approx. 30 days. This measure as well as the use of a separate Google server for the conversion tracking and the search results, ensures the user's privacy.

We imply Google conversion tracking in the online shop and especially on the thank-you page at the end of an order process.
